Terms of Engagement & Advisory Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Engagement ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent ("Client", "you") and Pulsebeaconhub Consulting Ltd. ("Pulsebeaconhub", "we", "us", "our"), registered in Taiwan. By engaging our programming consulting practices, commissioning incident response retrospectives, or accessing pulsebeaconhub.click, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Consulting Scope & Delivery

Pulsebeaconhub provides independent programming advisory, post-outage timeline reconstruction, cognitive walkthroughs, and reliability engineering consulting. Specific deliverables, timeline milestones, and fee schedules are formalized in individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the parties.

Advisory recommendations provided in our Remediation Blueprints reflect expert engineering analysis based upon client-provided telemetry and responder testimony. Implementation of software code changes, architectural refactors, or configuration modifications remains the sole operational responsibility of the Client.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary system architectures, log files, distributed traces, internal incident communications, and cognitive interview records shared during our retrospective engagements. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written authorization.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom reports, retrospective timeline diagrams, and Engineering Remediation Blueprints authored specifically for the Client upon full payment of agreed fees become the intellectual property of the Client. Pulsebeaconhub retains all rights, title, and interest in its pre-existing methodologies, proprietary interview heuristics, templates, and general diagnostic frameworks.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Taiwan, Pulsebeaconhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption arising from system outages, operational downtime, or the execution of advisory recommendations. Our aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to Pulsebeaconhub for the specific service giving rise to liability.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Taipei District Court in Taiwan for the resolution of any legal proceedings.

7. Amendments & Modifications

Pulsebeaconhub reserves the right to modify these Terms periodically. Continued engagement of our consulting services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
